Peanut Butter Pie

5 heaping tablespoons creamy peanut butter
12 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 regular size container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared chocolate graham cracker pie crust
Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Put into pie crust. Cool in refrigerator for several
hours or overnight.
Garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
